Ordered same outfit in 2 sizes only because free returns offered. Seller DM via WhatsApp initially offering bespoke size if I sent my measurements, which I didn’t want in case I did not like the outfit and jeopardised à return option. Seller sent one correct order ( the larger size) and a random other outfit at least one or even two sizes smaller than the smaller size ordered. (Executive decision - They thought I would not want two outfits of the same type). Such a shame as the item that I wanted was lovely, but a little too big. Had they sent that in the smaller size I’d requested it would likely have been fine. I explained the issues- they kept suggesting I keep both garments although one didn’t fit & wasn’t ordered / alter the larger sized one. Delay in sending me the return label but refund eventually received for garment I did not order . I decided to keep the one outfit I liked though bigger sized, but will need to alter it- mainly because of the hassle dealing with the seller. Not doing themselves any favours by bizarre practices which frankly annoy buyers and remove confidence in them. Should not offer free returns if they don’t intend to fulfi that. Products were actually fine but not sent as per order.
